2. Low-pressure casting: Low-pressure casting is a method in which the liquid metal fills the cavity under pressure to form a casting. Because the pressure used is low, it is called low pressure casting. Low-pressure casting includes processes such as liquid lift, mold filling, crust (sand casting), pressurization, holding pressure (crystallization and condensation), and venting (pressure relief).

3. Metal mold casting is not only suitable for mass production of aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and other non-ferrous alloy castings with disordered shapes, but also for steel and iron castings and ingots.
Most of the casting products on the market under 100 yuan and some mid-range products adopt sand casting. That is what people generally call "turning sand". In the products produced by this process, the metal connotation arrangement of the valve body is loose, which constitutes a simple connotation defect such as "trachoma" and "stomata". May not be found in appearance. But after using it for a period of time, it will use water leakage, loose sealing and even greater shortcomings. High-grade faucets generally use gravity casting, the connotation arrangement of the valve body metal is dense, the quality is passable, and the service life is long. For the same valve body, the product weight produced by the two processes is different, and the cost of the data is also different. The gravity casting valve body and the sand casting valve body generally have a difference of about 1/4. Therefore, for the same product, the price is different.
